Getting started
Typically 5 working days from your first call to your first live order. Day 1: onboarding call and store connection. Day 2 to 3: we receive and count your inventory. Day 4: test orders run. Day 5: you are live. It is the fastest onboarding of any UAE 3PL.
No setup fee and no long-term contract. Everything at I Store is month-to-month. You can scale up, scale down, or leave with 30 days notice. We believe if we do our job well, you will stay because you want to, not because a contract forces you to.
Just your business details, the platforms you sell on (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, Trendyol etc.), your product list and approximate monthly order volume. We handle the rest on the onboarding call. Send us a message and we will get you a plan in 24 hours.
Fulfillment
UAE delivery starts from AED 15 per order. Actual price depends on weight, size and destination emirate. You get a full breakdown in your quote.
We directly integrate with Amazon Seller Central (FBM and FBA prep), Noon Seller Lab, Shopify, Trendyol, WooCommerce, Magento and eBay. Integration is API-based, so orders sync automatically when placed. No manual uploads or CSV files.
Yes. We prepare inventory to Amazon's exact FBA requirements. FNSKU labelling, poly-bagging, bubble wrap, carton markings, box counts and shipment plan creation. We know Amazon's requirements in detail and our FBA prep error rate is near zero.
We receive customer returns at our warehouse, inspect each item, grade the condition (sellable, damaged, requires action), update your inventory and send you a returns report. Sellable items go back into your stock immediately. You decide what happens to damaged units.
Yes, for eligible orders and courier partners. COD is common in the UAE market and we support it through our courier integrations. COD amounts are reconciled and reported to you weekly.
Storage
You send us your inventory. We receive, count and store it in our Ajman warehouse. You get real-time stock counts on your dashboard and a monthly invoice for the space you actually use. Scale up or down as your inventory changes.
We store a wide range of product types including electronics, fashion and apparel, beauty and health products, home and living items, sporting goods, books, FMCG and fragile goods (with appropriate packaging). We cannot store hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishable food, or controlled substances.
Storage is billed monthly based on the space your inventory occupies. We offer per-cubic-metre and per-pallet pricing depending on your product type. There are no hidden fees and no long-term commitments. You get a clear itemised invoice each month.
Pricing & billing
Pricing is based on your order volume, product dimensions and weight, and any value-added services (custom packaging, kitting etc.). We do not publish a one-size-fits-all rate because every seller's needs are different. Get your custom quote in 24 hours with a full breakdown. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Our warehouse is in Ajman, not Dubai. Lower property costs mean lower overheads, and we pass those savings directly to our clients. You get the same UAE-wide courier coverage through our partners (Aramex, SMSA, DHL, Emirates Post, Flow) and the same platform integrations at rates that typically undercut Dubai 3PLs by 20 to 35%. Being in Ajman is our advantage, not a limitation.
Support & operations
You have a dedicated I Store contact, a real person with a WhatsApp number. No ticket system, no chatbot, no waiting 48 hours for an email. If an order has an issue, you message us directly and we resolve it the same day. This is one of the things our clients value most about working with us.
